Some women may need additional follow up visits in the weeks, months, and years after having children for a number of reasons. 

The period following pregnancies and before menopause is an incredibly busy period for women. It’s often a time where women neglect their own healthcare while they are caring for others, however, investment in your health during midlife is incredibly important in preventing ageing and health related problems in later life. We encourage all women to ‘fit your own air mask first’ – like you would in an airplane – to be in your best possible health condition during your midlife.
